JOY - LAUGHTER

There's been a lot of laughter in my life recently. Man, am I thankful for that! One of the best gifts you can give someone is the gift of laughter. It's freeing and energizing and just plain fun. 

My father is a cartoonist. When I was a kid I used to love watching him work. He'd be sitting at his drawing table, doodling, and every once in a while he would start chuckling. That's when I knew he had had an idea. A magical spark of hilarious inspiration. Talk about a gift. 

My daughter is turning into an incredibly funny human as well. This makes my home more and more fun to live in. 

The best part about laughter is that it's contagious and it feeds on itself. Laughter begets laughter begets laughter begets JOY. 

I dare you to be funnier this week. Be ridiculous. Laugh at yourself. How hard CAN you laugh? How deep can that belly laugh shake you? Let loose, let go. Pee your pants. And if that happens, please tell me about it so I can laugh too!
